Benefits Of A Mr. Coffee Iced Tea Maker

Why You Need A Mr. Coffee Iced Tea Machine

Generally it takes between 5 and 10 minutes to get a fill pitcher of iced tea. And it is ready for you to to drink immediately! So make sure to get a glass out while it is brewing those tea leaves!

You can make tea with tea bags or loose tea, which means that you can make any type of iced tea that you want. Sometimes I like to make iced green tea instead of iced black tea.

When you make the tea, cleanup is easy because you do not have a stove top pan to clean or anything else. Just wipe up any water that has spilled and you are done.

The machine has an auto shut-off, which means that you don’t have to worry about any type of safety hazard when you make the tea.

It is so easy to use that you can even put your tweens and teens in charge of it.

This is the Mr Coffee iced tea maker that I currently own. I only live in a 2-person family, but we’re in the South and we drink a LOT of iced tea. My only real complaint with this model over the others is that the pitcher is so round that it takes up a lot of space in my refrigerator. However, I do have a smaller sized fridge.

It works well and makes a pitcher of tea quickly. If the pitcher has a more square or rectangle shape, then it would be perfect for families who drink a lot of tea since it would better fit in the fridge door.

This is the most sophisticated looking tea maker of the bunch. The sleek black design looks great in a kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. And the best part? This is still a cheap iced tea maker machine!

The pitcher has a2.5 quart capacity, which makes this one probably the best tea machine for the money right now. Use it with tea bags or tea leaves for that perfect pitcher of brewed tea.

It even comes with a free recipe book of gourmet iced tea blend recipes!

The Mr Coffee electric iced tea maker has a great price and a pleasing look. It functions as well as the other models and is perfect for smaller families or those who do not drink a lot of tea and have a need for the larger pitcher.

The pitcher is a little slimmer than the larger model also, which is great if you have a smaller refrigerator.

This is one of the older models of Mr Coffee iced tea makers, which you can likely tell from the design. That is why the price is a bit higher than the other models. Really, the only reason that I can see buying this model is that you like the color since you can also get it in yellow.

For instance, maybe you have a yellow kitchen and want to leave the electric tea maker sitting out and this one goes better with the decor. Otherwise, the model listed above is exactly the same, and cheaper in price.

Possible Problems With Mr Coffee Iced Tea Makers

As you use your Mr Coffee iced tea small kitchen counter appliance, there are few problems that you may experience. In fact, if you look over some reviews then you will see that these are the things that everyone seems to mention.

One – it is common to have some water leak onto the counter when you are making tea. This isn’t really a huge deal, but it is definitely something that you should expect.

Two – over time, and with a lot of use, the plastic pitcher will begin to crack around the spout area. When this happens, you have to replace the pitcher. Replacement parts for Mr Coffee iced tea makers like this are relatively cheap though, so that isn’t really a deal breaker for me. And, if you don’t put ice in the pitcher when you are making the tea then it WILL warp the pitcher because of the hot liquid. You can’t fix this and have to replace it.
